Values only matter if they hold up under pressure.

Over the past several months, it's been sobering to watch so many brands bend the knee to bigotry. It's been especially jarring seeing the stark absence of rainbows this Pride.

No, I am not saying we need corporate Pride.
I am, however, saying that corporations need integrity.
I am also saying that integrity starts with an individual decision—a decision to do the right thing, even when it's not convenient.

Life may be sectioned, but it isn’t siloed.
The personal is professional is political.
